Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AurumPublish ("the service"), a dashboard for publishing your own vertical videos to platforms you connect. By using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

AurumPublish uploads videos, captions and comments that you provide to the platform accounts you have connected through their official sign-in, and reports back what each platform did. It acts only when you tell it to.

Your responsibilities

• You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and for holding the rights to it.
• You must follow the terms and community guidelines of each platform you publish to, including TikTok's Terms of Service.
• You must not use the service to post content that is unlawful, infringing, or that violates any platform's rules.

Platform APIs

The service publishes through the official APIs of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and X. Those platforms may change, limit or withdraw their APIs, may reject or remove content, and may charge for use of their APIs; AurumPublish has no control over their decisions and is not responsible for them.

No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that a post will succeed, that a platform will accept a video, or that the service will be available at any given time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, AurumPublish is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a platform's action, a failed or removed post, or an interruption of the service.

Changes and termination

We may change these terms; the "Last updated" date will change when we do. You may stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time.
