Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 September 2026

AurumPublish ("the service", "we") is a dashboard that lets a creator publish a single vertical video to several platforms — YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Threads and X — at the same time. This policy explains what data the service handles and why. We keep it short because the service is deliberately simple: it acts only on your instruction, only with the accounts you connect yourself.

Who runs the service

AurumPublish is operated by AurumK (Ayberk Karasoy) as a publishing service for creators and the creator accounts they connect. Questions: ayberkkarasoy9@gmail.com.

What we access, and why

What we do NOT do

Where your data is stored

Access tokens are stored on the operator's own private server and are used only to make the API calls described above. A video you upload may be held very briefly so that platforms which fetch media by URL (such as Threads) can download it; that temporary copy is served from a random, unguessable, short-lived address and is deleted as soon as the platform has taken it, or when the address expires.

How long we keep it

An access token is kept until it expires or until you disconnect that platform in the dashboard, whichever comes first. Uploaded video files are removed after the post completes. You can disconnect any platform at any time, which deletes its stored token.

TikTok data

Data obtained through TikTok's APIs is used solely to let you publish your own original videos to your own TikTok account and to display your creator information on the posting screen. It is handled in accordance with the TikTok Terms of Service and Developer Terms, and it is not used for any other purpose, not shared, and not retained beyond what is described above.
